The Chunnel is 23.5 miles long and 250 feet below the English Channel.
The project began by drilling tunnels from France and England, both at the same time from each end, and meeting in the middle to connect the two halves. It was the responsibility of the engineers to make sure that the two tunnels met in the middle, in order to have the trains provide a comfortable and smooth ride from one side to the other.
In the same way, we offer our clients a car buying experience that is comfortable and smooth. We have found that most people run into a dead end of frustration during the car buying process.
So how do you go about engineering a connection to a comfortable and smooth car buying experience?
In a moment I’ll tell you, but first…
Let’s take a look at why people are so upset with the current car buying process
As the old clichés go, the sales experience that consumers hate most is buying a car.
Read these facts carefully.
There were 10,000 people surveyed by Accenture in the U.S. and just a handful from other countries about buying cars, and it was discovered that consumers aren’t big fans of the typical car dealership experience.
For a lot of consumers the entire car-buying process is all about high pressure selling, haggling about price, to confusing, and takes way to long.
Let’s look at another survey conducted by Autotrader. They polled 4,002 consumers, and only 17 people said they liked the current car buying process the way it is. The remaining 3,985 people said they wanted to see significant changes in the process, particularly in the deal structuring, test drive, financing department and the service aspect.
Edmunds has also released a study where they confirmed that people don’t like to go car shopping. One of the biggest complaints was the haggling. Out of 1,002 people surveyed, nine out of ten said they would be more excited if the car-buying process was a haggle-free experience.
The reality is…
For most people, if it were possible and practical, they would choose to never step foot in a dealership again.
Really? Yes, really. This is what people are thinking and talking about.
Most people would rather go to the dentist than go shopping for a car.
And yes, all of this bothers us too
However, there is a solution to all of this frustration.
Let’s take a look at how you go about engineering a connection to a more comfortable and smooth car buying experience for yourself.
